Police seized a vigilant leaflet of Dengue fever during a raid at the BNP party office in Khoksha, Kushtia district.
Police launched the raid on Wednesday (August 7).
Khokasa Police Station Officer-in-Charge ABM Mehdi Masud said they had launched the operation at the behest of the district police. Police seized several leaflets from there. On one side of the leaflets mention Khaleda Zia's demand for release.
Eyewitnesses said, on Wednesday afternoon, a party of local police station surrounded the BNP office of the Upazila Sadar. The office was locked at the time. Later, the party office was opened with a tea shop and about 500 awareness leaflets were seized from Dengue fever.
Municipal BNP general secretary Nafiz Ahmed Raju said, the police suddenly surrounded their party office. At that time, their office was locked. They know nothing. The seized leaflets were sent from the center.
