Trains to the northern and north-western regions continued to suffer today, all intercity train's on the routes have been delayed by at least two hours.

According to the Train Tracking Monitoring System till 1:45 pm, Chilahati-bound Nilsagar Express was late by three hours and ten minutes; Rangpur-bound Rangpur Express by three hours and twenty-two minutes; Panchagarh-bound Ekata Express by two hours and fifty minutes and Rajshahi-bound Dhumketu Express by two hours and forty-two minutes.

Meanwhile, Khulna-bound Sundarban Express was also one hour and forty-five minutes late, according to the Train Tracking Monitoring System.

Besides, Rajshahi-bound train Silk City Express, a which was supposed to leave Dhaka at 2:40 pm, and Chapainawabganj-bound Rajshahi Express are yet to leave the Kamalapur Railway Station.

A total of 55 trains are scheduled to leave Kamalapur Railway Station including three Eid special trains today.
