The education minister said, “None will be allowed to use the mobile phones except the secretary of the test centers during exams, but the secretary can only use feature phones.”

The minister also instructed the candidates to enter their respective exam halls half an hour before the beginning of the tests, or else they would not be allowed to sit for the test.

The physically challenged examinees will get 20 minutes additional time while those autistic and the down syndrome disabled will be given an additional 30 minutes. No outsiders will be allowed to enter the boundary of an examination center.
