Zainul Abdin Faruk, the party's chairperson's adviser and former opposition chief whip, commented that prisoner BNP chairperson and former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia came to the public after being released from prison the government will not stay in power for a minute.

Calling on the unity of the leaders, he added, "Begum Zia cannot be released in the government's decision." So if Begum Zia has to be liberated, then everyone should come down the road united.
