Tangail BNP’s farmers conference, Commitment to restore democracy

The conference will be held on July 27 in the Tangail District Nationalist Farmers Party. Through this conference, the leaders wanted to release BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia would like to swear and promise to recover and restore democracy.

On Saturday (July 20) the preparatory meeting was held with councilors in a restaurant in the city on the occasion of the conference. Central farmers leader and  prominent industrialist Mainul Islam was present.

"We will have a commitment at the Krishak Party Conference- to liberate Begum Khaleda Zia, a former successful prime minister of 3 times imprisoned in the most popular leader in country, in a false and conspiracy case and to accelerate the movement to restore democracy," he said.

He added, “The government has buried freedom and democracy. To recover, the people of this country must be gathered in the nationalist shadow. Insha'Allah will again establish democracy and human rights in this country with the help of nationalist forces.

District Farmers' Party President Babu Shyamal Hora and General Secretary Mahmudul Haque Sanu were present in the meeting. District vice-president Ataur Rahman Jinnah, Advocate Moazzem Hossain Babul, Abul Kashem, Anis, Shapler Hero were present in the meeting.
