Fast bowler Keon Harding has been picked in place of all-rounder Romario Shepherd in the Wesindies squad ahead of the Bangladesh tour.
Shepherd tested positive for Covid-19 in Guyana, a Cricket West Indies release confirmed. As a result, he is released from the ODI squad.
24-year-old Harding is yet to make an appearance in international cricket although he was a member of West's touring side in England last year.
West Indies will arrive in Bangladesh on January 10 to play three ODIS and two ODIs. they will require three negative Covid results on arrival to be able to start training.
